This agreement applies as between you, the User of the Application. Your agreement to comply with and be legally bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Application. The App is supported by revenue from advertising and advertisements and promotions may be displayed in the process of using. User agrees that advertising and promotions may be shown to him/her in the process of using and on, about, or in conjunction with user-made and submitted Content. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple, not to INIS LIMITED, as Apple processes all App Store transactions.
